Brown Bag Bagels

We are a locally owned and operated breakfast food truck and bagel wholesaler located in Clayton, NC. Our bagels are made in house, by scratch, rolled by hand, and are boiled and baked. No par baked, frozen, shipped in type junk here! Our food truck aims to reach out to all of Clayton, Smithfield, East Wake and beyond. Look for the Brown Bag logo and our beloved truck, Penny! You can also find our bagels at great coffee shops like BREW at Seaboard Station, BREW at the Cary Theater, Boulevard West in Downtown Clayton, and 9Bar Coffeehouse in Riverwood. We also have a few more in the works so stay tuned.
