Cook’s Meeting

Interested in being a BBQ competitor for the Oak & Smoke!? Join this meeting for further details.
 
Ultimately we are seeking out at least 10 competitors for a non sanctioned backyard BBQ competition at Oak City on October 13.
🐷Cash prize. Winner will also get to design, brew, and name a beer with the guys.
🐷There will be an entry fee, price $120 (less than your normal entry fee).
🐷Must have the capacity to cook 5 Boston butt’s on site at one time (gas, coal, or wood).
🐷Meat will be provided.
🐷 2 ounce serving cups will be provided.
 
All competitors must be signed up for the competition and pay the entry fee after our meeting.
 
This competition is people’s choice. Good luck to everyone!
